Using Toolbelt AIO for your construction business.
Your account
Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in and grant access only to authorized people. You must be authorized to act for the company and to upload or share the information you provide. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, spam or infringement.
Your business and customer agreements
Your company is responsible for its estimates, contracts, local requirements, tax and deposit settings, work, invoices and payment records. Toolbelt organizes those records; it is not a party to construction contracts and does not provide legal, tax or accounting advice. Payments are collected outside Toolbelt.
Electronic documents
Review the full scope, selected options, price breakdown and terms before signing. Enter your own name and email only when authorized to sign. By checking consent and submitting a signature, you intend to sign the displayed document electronically. Download the PDF to retain a copy. You may contact the contractor to request a paper alternative before signing. Toolbelt records consent and document versions but does not independently verify a typed signer email.
Sending and integrations
Review recipients and content before sending messages. Signed-document receipts are emailed automatically; deposit invoices wait for contractor review unless the company enables automatic sending. Optional connected services have their own terms and availability. Toolbelt does not guarantee that third-party services will remain available.
Availability and records
Toolbelt is in early access and features may change. Keep copies of important business records and check financial and scheduling information before relying on it. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Contact us about access problems, corrections or closing an account; some records may need to remain for audit or legal purposes.
